Aina Beck participates in the launch of Young Design Project
For the launch of their label, Young Design Project presented the Fall collection of two young designers, one of whom was Aina Beck, young Norvegian designer who graduated from Parson's New School for Design in 2012.
At the heart of her work is experimentation with prints and new materials. The result is a series of silhouettes with expressly exaggerated volumes and denim fabrics in decorative prints or lined with metallic layers.
An aesthetic in balance between the relaxed femininity of oversized pullovers and the serene severity of the kimono.
